TMS AUS project planned and delivered the Traffic and Transport services for the two-day event with over 16000 attendees each day. Considerable stakeholder management and public transport integration, along with event shuttles, staffing and technology solutions were provided to ensure the success of the event.

TMS AUS planned and delivered the ground transport operations for over 10,000 attendees including Hotel Shuttles, Mobility shuttles, Airport Meet 'n' Greet, Baggage services, Traffic Management and VIP services over a 9-day operational period. TMS successfully managed one of the largest bus movements in Melbourne for the Parade of Nations Day moving over 7000 attendees in 2hrs.

Through Event Transport Services (ETS) who TMS acquired in 2022, we delivered all ground Transport Services for over 200 NBC Sports production staff. The fleet consisted of 15 dedicated people carriers with Drivers, multiple Coach movements and Airport transfers.
